About TJ Earle
Vice President TJ Earle oversees daily operations of his family’s business, The Earle Companies. When not managing the construction and redevelopment of Central New Jersey roads and sidewalks with The Earle Companies, TJ Earle plays an integral role in community improvement and outreach programs.
A graduate of Lynn University in Florida, TJ Earle applies his Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration toward executing marketing campaigns, reducing turnover, and boosting sales at The Earle Companies. In the last 10 years, TJ Earle has significantly increased The Earle Companies’ revenues and implemented strategic changes that have earned The Earle Companies numerous professional distinctions. In 2007, TJ Earle and his brothers, Walter II and Michael, received corporate recognition from the National Asphalt Pavement Association (NAPA) with a Quality in Construction Award, an Ecological Award, and a Hot Mix Asphalt Supply Award for work done on Route 195.
TJ Earle and his brothers administer The Earle Outreach Program in an effort to give back to a supportive community. Through The Earle Outreach Program, TJ Earle and his executive staff have organized a Habitat for Humanity homebuilding trip, hosted a Boy Scout troop tour of a corporate facility, and donated funds to several influential nonprofits, including Ocean of Love and the American Cancer Society. TJ Earle and his family have generously supported two Relay for Life event teams comprised of company employees, as well as the American Cancer Society’s Cancer Ball in Middletown, New Jersey. Additionally, each year TJ Earle and his brothers award an accomplished area high school student with The Walter R. Earle Scholarship.
TJ Earle and The Earle Companies’ Earle Racing program sponsor local racers who compete in a variety of events ranging from drag racing to NASCAR. In 2006 and 2007, TJ Earle and his family backed Tim Arre, a NASCAR Modified Tour Series driver.
